Sarah Mondragon, LMFT

Welcome! I am Sarah, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy which is a proven treatment for trauma that goes beyond talk therapy. I utilize EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Psychotherapy to help adults and college students heal from trauma, navigate challenging relational issues, and cope with depression and anxiety.

My therapy sessions center on what works best for you. Together, we identify what you would like to see change in your life and how our therapy sessions will help you reach these specific goals. I support you in determining how our sessions can be integrated into practical steps for your daily life, as I believe that therapy is a place to find practical tools and solutions to apply to your daily life and relationships.
